Refund & Return Policy
Custom & Commissioned Artwork
Due to the unique, custom nature of our studio’s individual artwork, all sales are final.Each piece is handcrafted or custom-produced specifically for you, meaning it cannot be resold or returned. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
No Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed or a commission has begun.
Final Sale: All items are sold “as is” and are ineligible for a refund based on “change of mind” or personal preference.
Agreement to Terms: By using a “Buy Now, Pay Later” service (like Affirm) or any other payment method, you are legally bound by this “No Returns” policy.
Damages: In the rare event that an item arrives damaged during transit, you must contact the studio at rlpstudiosbooking@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with high-resolution photos of the packaging and the artwork. We will work with you to file an insurance claim and provide a repair or replacement.
