These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and any offers, promotions, or bookings made through it, operated by Rebecca Lynn Photography (“Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting this website or participating in any promotion, you agree to these Terms and applicable laws of the State of Washington.

1. Promotional Offers and Gift Credits

Promotional offers, credits, or giveaways provided through this site or our marketing campaigns are subject to the following conditions:

  • No Purchase Required: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, no purchase is required to enter any promotional giveaways.
  • Deposit Requirements: Some offers may require a refundable or non-refundable booking retainer to secure your session. Any required deposit amount and refund eligibility will be clearly displayed before you complete your booking.
  • Value of Credit: Promotional credits (e.g. gift cards or artwork credits) hold no cash value, are non-transferable, and may only be applied toward artwork purchases at the Studio during your viewing appointment.
  • Redemption Terms: Promotional credits must be redeemed within the stated timeframe (within 30 days of selection, unless otherwise stated in writing). Expired credits are void.
  • Limited Availability: Promotional sessions are offered in limited quantities. Once fully booked, the offer will close.
  • Rescheduling & Cancellations: Rescheduling requires at least 7 days’ notice. Failure to appear for your session or late cancellations may forfeit your retainer and promotional value.

All material terms including deposits, redemption requirements, and session inclusions will be clearly disclosed prior to booking in compliance with Washington State law.

2. Session Fee Terms

The $399 session fee (or other advertised amount) covers professional hair and makeup and the photography session only. Prints, digital images, or artwork are not included unless specifically stated.

After your phone consultation, if you decide not to proceed, your retainer will be refunded. However, once your session is confirmed, the retainer becomes non-refundable.

This offer is valid for weekday sessions only and must be scheduled within 10 days unless otherwise specified. Promotional rates will not be extended beyond the stated expiration date.

3. Intellectual Property and Use License

All images, copy, and materials on this website are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may temporarily download one copy of materials for personal, non-commercial viewing only. You may not:

  • Modify or copy materials for public or commercial use
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or alter website content
  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices
  • Share or reproduce materials on other sites

Violation of these terms automatically terminates your right to use the materials.

4. Disclaimer

All website materials are provided “as is.” The Studio makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the materials or promotional information presented.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Rebecca Lynn Photography or its employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the materials or participation in any offer.

6. Accuracy and Updates

We strive for accuracy but may occasionally include typographical or photographic errors. We reserve the right to correct errors, update promotions, or modify these Terms without prior notice. Your continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

7. Links to Third-Party Sites

This site may include links to other websites. We do not control or endorse any third-party content and are not responsible for their practices or policies.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Washington State.
